Thank you for shopping with Cygnuss. Below you’ll find how shipping, delivery, tracking, and international customs work for our store.
1) Shipping destinations
We currently ship to multiple countries. Availability and shipping options may vary depending on your location and local carrier coverage.
2) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Important:
- During high-demand periods (promotions, holidays, product launches), processing and transit times may be longer.
- We cannot guarantee same-day processing.
3) Estimated delivery times (international)
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other events outside our control.
Typical estimated ranges:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–18 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Latin America: 10–25 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
If your country is not listed above, checkout will show the best available estimate for your region.
4) Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
If we offer free shipping, the conditions will be displayed at checkout and/or on our promotions page (e.g., Free Shipping over [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD]).
5) Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

6) Customs, duties & import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees determined by local authorities.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled or reimbursed by Cygnuss.
Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
7) Address accuracy & delivery attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment/unit number).
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up after delivery attempts, we may offer reshipment (shipping fees may apply) or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8) Lost, missing, or delayed packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, reception/concierge, and your local carrier.
- Contact us within 48 hours so we can guide next steps.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated range:
- Contact us and we will assist with carrier verification and tracking escalation where possible.
Note: Carrier investigations and international tracking updates can take time. We will support you through the process, but we cannot guarantee outcomes determined by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
9) Split shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately (different warehouses/partners). If that happens, you will receive separate tracking details (when available).
